Engaging Men as Allies to Women in the Workplace: Achieving Success Together!

 

There is now an understanding that if men support women in the workplace (and at home), change can happen faster. Progressive organisations are seeking to work with their men to help them become allies to women and be agents of change. This benefits women, but there are also significant advantages for men in developing their own gender balanced leadership skills.

 

WIQD’s mission is to bring women together in quantum for support, networking and community growth. We believe that engaging men to work with us will enable us to achieve gender balance faster and bring more women into leadership.

 

This event will explore the rationale for gender balance and why men should engage with it. We encourage you (all genders (binary and non-binary) working in or with quantum computing development) to join us for this ground breaking event!
